American Red Elm is a tough, colorful hardwood which makes a stunning natural floor. Color often lightens on exposure when lacquered. The overall color is a rich red/brown with variations from light to dark brown, flashes of cream and subtle hues of green and red. The swirling grain, burrs and pin knots enhances the character of the floor.
