Dark green, dark brown, and black granite colors are often employed in the design of contemporary style spaces. Deep dark granite colors add a lot of character to kitchen spaces when paired with light neutral colors of cabinets and flooring. In this kitchen, light colored travertine tile is employed in the backsplash design and black granite inserts add crispness to the backsplash and unite it with the black granite counter.
