Pictures: Pictures or Images on the website may look different on different monitors, and are provided for initial reference only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will look and feel exactly like the actual product. Please request a sample to be completely confident in what you are ordering. In most cases the samples are free and the nominal shipping cost will be refunded at the time of actual order.

Product Characteristics: Hardwood flooring, marble tiles and many other natural products are available in different grades. Ceramic tiles' appearance may vary between different dye lots. The Buyer will assume full responsibility that he or she understands the product characteristics, grades and quality differences when buying lower grades. Products cannot be refused just because, in the customer's opinion, they look different or are not as good as the customer expected them to be. Return of such products would fall under our regular Return Policy.

Prices and Ordering: The prices and selection of the products we carry are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep our web site current, but there is always a delay from the time our vendors change prices or drop the line and the time we learn about this. Also data entry mistakes happen. We guarantee prices for all completed orders. An order is considered complete when payment is processed, that is when the check is submitted to the Bank or the credit card is charged, regardless of whether the product was actually delivered. Should a customer refuse or cancel the order after payment was processed, then all regular Return Policy rules, including the restocking charge and/or fees associated with credit card charges, will apply. BarefootFloor.com cannot make any price or availability commitments on orders which are not processed completely.

Special Order Items: Sale of a "Special order" is final at the time of purchase. These sales cannot be cancelled, nor can these items be returned. Special order items include, but are not limited to, cut orders of carpet and area rugs, slab medallions and fireplaces, items designed or ordered to customer specifications or items that are not stocked by the distributor and are imported from the Manufacturer for the specific customer. These also include sales of discontinued or liquidation items.

Back Order Items: Items that are not available immediately can be processed in two ways. We can take a request from the customer, and contact him or her to process an order when the item becomes available. In this case the customer does not have any financial obligations, and BarefootFloor.com cannot guarantee the price advertised at the time of initial request. The other option is for the client to pay the advertised price at the time of request, while BarefootFloor.com guarantees the delivery of the product by a specified date; any order cancellation before this date falls under the regular Return Policy rules and all applicable charges apply. The customer may cancel the order and get all of his/her money back on the rare occasion when BarefootFloor.com fails to deliver by the promised date.

Warranty: We sell our products under Manufacturer's warranty. Should any claims related to quality of the product arise, we will have the manufacturer's or the distributor's representative inspect the product and provide both the customer and us with copies of their conclusions. If the product is confirmed to be defective or not to meet specifications, we will replace the product within full accordance of the manufacturer's warranty. Under no circumstances can we provide any coverage beyond warranties provided by the manufacturer. BarefootFloor.com will not be able to replace the product or refund the money if the manufacturer declines the claim. In this case return of this product will fall under regular Return Policy rules.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site, and process of purchasing products from Russian Sauna LLC T/A Luxaris T/A LUXStores ("Luxaris") are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site or purchase products from Russian Sauna LLC d/b/a Luxaris.

Return Policy

• If an order is canceled prior to shipment, payment will be fully refunded minus a 5% bank credit charge. Note that we consider your product to be "shipped" when a Bill of Lading and tracking number have been generated for a freight carrier. After products are considered shipped, cancellations are treated as returns as described below.
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Please call 1-888-666-1639 to obtain an RMA. No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA. To provide any credit or replacement units we must first have a chance to receive and completely inspect your return.
• Per our "30 Day Risk-Free Return Policy" returns will be accepted within 30 business days of product receipt. Shipping charges on returns shall be the responsibility of the customer and all returned items must be returned in "new" or "like new" condition, in undamaged original manufacturer's packaging and with all original product manuals. After the product is received, inspected and verified to be in "like new" condition, a full refund will be provided on the product purchase price minus any original shipping charges and minus a 25% restock charge. For products sold with a "Free Shipping Promotion" the actual freight cost to originally ship the product will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge any other charges or re-stocking fees for returns.
• If you refuse an item delivered by a commercial shipping company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be treated as a return and charges described in Section 3 above shall be applied. Additional charge of 10% and any additional freight carrier charges shall be billed to you.
• Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty which is located in/on their packaging or in their documentation. We do not provide any warranty over and above the manufacturer's warranty.
• Please note that custom manufactured products like saunas, custom ordered showers or any other custom manufactured or special ordered products may not be returned. If such products are damaged in shipment, we will assist you with freight claims, or if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect – it will be repaired or replaced based on manufacturer's warrantee policies.
