Vancouver Maple floor by Mohawk Hardwood is part of the Northern Forest collection, defined by the clarity of grain, exceptional structural integrity and long length boards. It is a slow-growth, cold climate hand selected wood. Vancouver Maple is available in two colors-natural cream white to light reddish, which will amber to a golden cream browns with time and a uniform deep yellow. Maple hardwood is featured by high density, strength, toughness, stiffness, which makes it suitable to use in heavy traffic places, such as schools, museums, bowling alleys, sports floors. The CrystalShield™ Aluminum-Oxide finish provides additional protection from scratches. Vancouver Maple floors come in 3-1/4” planks. Its kissed edge slightly highlights each individual plate. Ontario Maple floor is made from solid hardwood, which means it can be sanded and refinished for several generations of use.
